Lloyd’s was fantastic. First, thier website is amazing, intuitive and you can book a time online which I did, very simple and easy. Communication is also excellent as they confirmed the appointment over the phone and they use texting which I prefer. James and Matt came out, clearly explained what needed to be done (fix 2 leaks in a tankless water heater), and completed the job. Pricing was very fair. Highly recommend Lloyds plumbing!

We used Lloyd’s a few years ago for a major drain re-route project. They did an exceptional job so when we had a few recent plumbing issues come up we gave Lloyd’s a call. Thomas came out and he was fantastic. He assessed our issues and helped to resolve. His communication skills were excellent and he gave me clear options that I was able to easily understand. He also made sure all my questions were answered. He was extremely knowledgeable and a see him as a trusted advisor to our plumbing needs. Yes, Lloyds quotes can be on the higher side, but you get what you pay for, and the peace of mind of having them handle house plumbing issues is 100% worth it. The office staff was also very pleasant and easy to work with.

Andrew was very pleasant and tried to solve the problem but was unable to do so. Lloyds gave me an outrageous estimate to repipe my plumbing. Another plumber came and fixed the problem in about ten minutes and charged 70% of Lloyd's service fee. Not pleased and don't recommend Lloyd's plumbing.

Brandon and Elijah were both exemplary in their handling of our plumbing needs. They were both perfect gentlemen, worked efficiently without cutting corners, worked neatly, and cleaned up what little was left to be cleaned up. Elijah did a great job of solving an installation challenge that came up unexpectedly—in the rain, no less. Both gentlemen displayed consummate professionalism and good humor throughout their respective tasks. It was an excellent experience all around!

SO SO Happy Thomas Thank You! Great job-honest he came out in 2 hours I had hot water. Explained every thing in detail. Warranty paid parts. I paid labor my home warranty refunded my labor monies. I had a plumber before Thomas he wanted $1,800.00 lied to me. Be careful people call Lloyd's FIRST!

Brandon and Elijah were incredible. They explained everything to us very clearly, they were very friendly and they did an excellent job. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs a plumber. By far the best experience we’ve ever had with a plumber.
